The M.A.I.N. Initiative, LLC & U Good, Bro?! Inc. is owned by Jasmin L. Spain. The M.A.I.N. Initiative was founded in 2006.
Over the course of 15 years, M.A.I.N. has evolved into a multifaceted entity, becoming a personal and professional enhancement consulting agency designed to improve the quality of life for Black men and boys, along with the creation and development of initiatives and programs for Black males in communities, schools and colleges.
M.A.I.N. also provide services for individuals and organizations through personal development experiences, educational consulting, civil rights, and professional development experiences and consulting for schools and organizations in matters of diversity and intercultural competence. The organization also works with historically underserved, under resourced and marginalized populations.
The organization’s nonprofit arm U Good, Bro?! is a solutions focused, non-profit entity, designed to provide a private, “safe space” for transparency, vulnerability, and liberation. A space where it is “okay to say that it is not okay” but also a space for sheer accountability.
