Our focus is on examining, exploring, dissecting, articulating, and most importantly developing strategies to ensure that our Black communities are receiving all they need to thrive. It’s one day geared toward the uplift, celebration and acknowledgment of Black history and Black excellence.
The event is geared toward students at the high school/collegiate level and also attracts professionals from a variety of spaces to include community, business, education, government, philanthropy and non-profit. We strongly encourage mentoring and youth group attendance.
