Raleigh, NC—Substantial Media LLC, the publisher of Substantial Magazine, a Black-owned and operated digital content platform that amplifies the positive stories within Black and Brown communities and brings awareness to important issues affecting underrepresented groups on a local, state, and national level is growing its team and its network.
Substantial is pleased to announce that we have entered into a strategic partnership with Content Commanders to develop a robust content strategy and elevate our storytelling capabilities to further enhance our brand and our community.
As part of this partnership we are elated to welcome Shannon Baylor-Henderson, Chief Content Officer of Content Commanders to our Substantial family as a Strategic Advisor to Substantial Magazine.

As part of this new partnership, Substantial will be launching a new medium to consume diverse content, featuring creators and authors across a number of sectors to include business, criminal justice, health, and public policy. The project is set to launch June 2021.
